If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply doesn’t feel right for you, we’re here to help.
Refund Policy
Eligibility Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Packaging should be intact so it can safely find its way back through the maze.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For now, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Digital downloads or digital game content (once delivered)

Gift cards
Everything else — we’ll gladly review.
How to Start a Return

We’ll respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the issue is our fault, we cover all return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we’re happy to exchange it.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can send a replacement right away.
